Destination Awards brought together stakeholders in the government and private sector to endorse ondo state as the new place to visit and reside in and tripled as the launch of the ‪#‎EnjoyOndo‬ campaign and a compendium ( the most exhaustive collection on Ondo State) carrying all laudable places that make Ondo state the new cool.

The Destination Awards, a project of the Lagoon Communications team, took place May the 29th, 2016 at The International Conference and Events Centre (The Dome) Akure. The Destination Awards basically recognizes and celebrates the most significant contributors to the development of a location into an ideal destination for tourism and residence.As such, The Destination Awards Ondo sought to celebrate the most remarkable institutions that have contributed to make Ondo a better destination.

Talk of the organisation and standard exhibited by the organizers of the laudable event and you might be tempted to think it was another Grammy's or the Oscars'
