Adebola & Olusola's Monday Morning GTBank Meeting that led to forever. #deeshawlz2016

Brownie is a fairy tale, sprite is the Knight in Shining Armor. As far-fetched as both seem, only the girl with an attitude to grace spontaneity enjoys the wonderful world they bring.
...just as Adebola let the unusual whirl her into an adventurous journey that took lead to an eternal bliss with Adesola.
Sway your mind with the merry love tale that debuted in the early hours on a Monday!!
Read Adebola & Olusola's beautiful love story in their own words as they get ready to walk down the aisle in few days -08-10-2016.

From Adebola
As a young girl, I was never shy or short of words to convey whatever was on my mind. So, this Monday morning  in September 2008, wasn't any different. I had set out of the house to run an errand for my mum at Guaranty Trust Bank, Akure. Typical of Monday mornings, the Bank was filled with customers all wanting to be attended to at the same time. Since I knew this was impossible, I just patiently waited for my turn. Once I was done, I set out to go to mum's shop. Just outside the bank, while trying to pick a bike, this "dark black" looking dude😛,wearing a heavily starched short sleeves white shirt walked up to me. Hmmm, walahi I wasn't in the mood for small talks, it was too early in the week. When he eventually opened his mouth, here's what he said "I don't mean to be rude on a Monday morning, I know you have a long day ahead, please can I have your number? Here's the response I gave "the only reason I am giving you my number is because I don't have time to waste😂😂😂, please don't stalk me with calls and start saying, you're in love with me in two weeks (rotfl). He gave me this "se o gbadun look" and said "I promise I won't disturb you"🙈.
Days later, he called and introduced himself, we had a passive conversation and grew into friends as time passed.
Sometimes in July 2010, he called to ask for a meeting on my next trip to Akure, that he had something important to talk to me about (I knew what it was already in my head). School and fellowship made it impossible for me to visit Akure until September. Finally, I put a call through to say hi and also inform Olusola I was in town. He described his place ,at the time he and our best man lived together. Infact,it was only few days to their final exams in FUTA.
I met his flatmate and we gisted like we had known each other forever. Olusola looked restless, like he needed to get something serious off his mind, his friend took the hint and excused himself. After a little bit of hesitation, he said he wanted us to be more than friends blah blah blah blah....
Olusola is that Amazing kind of human who is full of pleasant surprises . From way laying a girl on a Monday morning,  to asking me out 3 days to his final exams, to typing an 84-paged Jurisprudence assignment for me when sick, to asking me to marry him first via Skype and still pulling off an actual proposal the day my bar final results came out, He is indisputably the king of my heart.
He makes me happier than I could ever imagine and am thankful to God everyday for blessing me with such an amazing man.  I am truly excited to start this new chapter in our lives.

I'm sure you all read Debola's story and you will agree with me that she's been feeling the boy since Day 1, she even remembered the shirt I was wearing, and Yes!!!, it was heavily starched, ask every Futarian back then....Lol. The other side to the story she didn't tell you was that I was done with my own transaction at the bank 15 minutes earlier and I decided to patiently wait for her in the banking hall till she was done and I gently followed her outside the hall. The idea was that, in case she embarrassed me, I'll quietly get on a bike back to my school.  I would possibly be tagged as unserious to be chasing after a babe on a MONDAY MORNING in a bank while my colleagues were already getting ready for a scheduled departmental field trip, but little did I know that I was also getting ready for a trip to marital destiny. I was actually ashamed of what I was about to do but I knew I just had to talk to Adebola that day. So, I gently said...'' Hi, My name is Sola, I know it's a Monday morning and you have a long day ahead, I don't want to be rude but I would appreciate if you could give me your number''. She gave me a funny look and I was shocked at how blunt her response was. She finally gave me her number with serious warnings not to bother her and I immediately rushed down to school to join my colleagues for the trip. Thank God I didn't miss the trip, my folks would have dealt with me..lol
Fast forward to 2 years after the meeting episode, I did something very weird again. She told me she was coming to Akure mid-way through my final exam in FUTA and I decided that I needed to hit the nail by the end. I  already knew what my grades in FUTA would be before the final exam and it was equally important to invest in the grades for my relationship. I invited her over, and then my friend who was privy to my communication with her started with a warm conversation. It was an exam period, our room was scattered with books and clothes and we didn't even have anything to offer our guest. I summoned courage to open up to her. I can't remember a bit of what I said because I was extremely nervous!!!
Adebola is a priceless jewel, even though we were thousands of miles apart, the bond we share keeps growing stronger. She says I'm full of surprises but she's an expert in giving me mind-blowing numerous surprises. She is dependable, generous to a fault, extremely caring and a true child of God. She is a strong support system, adviser, listener, critic and number 1 fan. She has also succeeded in giving me numerous nicknames
I am glad the days are here when we can both wake up to the sight of each other.
